How can I find discount codes?

You can find all our discount codes via our social media channels. Our Instagram and Facebook pages are our most active accounts.

I want to make a purchase but I do not have PayPal

That is absolutely fine! PayPal is just the merchant that we use to receive our money. If you have a PayPal account then great, but if you do not, then don’t worry. You can still click to pay with PayPal but you can enter your credit card details instead, just like you would usually.

Do I receive updates once I have ordered an item?

Yes, you will! When you pay for an item, you will receive an email from PayPal to confirm the payment, and you will receive a receipt/confirmation email from us! Then, when your item has been shipped and on track to you, we will send you another email.

Can I search for products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Is there any shipping fees?

Nearly all products come with a standard free shipping. However, some products are free, but they require you to pay the shipping fees. These will be clearly marked. Also, if you require very fast shipping (less than a week) please email us first, but please beware that you must foot the bill.

Can I get a refund if I ordered the wrong size?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you simply order the wrong size. It is a recommendation that you order a size 1 size above what you usually would. However, this is a recommendation only, based on customer feedback in the past.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Which countries are regarded as international?

USA and Australia are the two main countries that we ship to, therefore all other countries are regarded as international.
